Hi Lisa,

I believe you got the absolute highest price that anyone could have for the home we sold. You gave us excellent advice on what to spend money on to fix up the home and referrals to make the project efficient and less costly.

We interviewed another agent before electing to go with you to sell our home. I feel very secure in that decision. I think it paid off for us big time. You were able to sell our home in a timely manner for the top price in the neighborhood. Because our buyer backed out, Cindi and I were a little stressed. You made us feel very confident about the situation. You told us you would get the ball rolling and you had already taken action. Within one week you had the house sold again for full price. I do not think that was just lucky. I realize that a tremendous amount of work went on behind the scenes that you did not share with us to avoid stressing us out. I know this was not the smoothest transaction considering the other agent and the loan approval process for the buyer.

As frustrating as it was, you remained professional through out. How you did it, I don’t know. I just know, it could not have been easy. Cindi and I both appreciate your dedication to following this project through.

In regards to finding our new home we feel very fortunate to get such a great house for the price we got it. You were efficient in helping us find our home as well. There was difficulty in coordinating the sales of both homes, etc. You came through. You saved us probably a thousand dollars by negotiating the closing times and rent backs the way you did. We appreciate that.
